As a trained professional realtor with Compass Realty and an ordained PCUSA pastor who has served the church at multiple levels for many years, I understand the unique complexities that come with church property decisions.

I’ve seen firsthand how difficult it can be for churches to find professionals who understand both the realities of real estate and the realities of congregational life.

Many commercial real estate professionals aren’t equipped or interested in working with churches. Church properties can be complicated, transactions can take time, and the decision to sell is rarely just a financial one.
